One software package, one data model

Modularity is not the point. What matters is that every function describes the same site using the same vocabulary.

One data model

The site is modelled once, in units, workshops, lines, steps and equipment. Every function hangs off that model, which is what makes two workshops, or two sites, genuinely comparable.

Data that adds up

A line stoppage late in the day means trucks waiting the next morning. In separate systems, nobody makes that connection except by hand.

Access by role

Each person opens the screens that concern them, and everyone reads the same figures. A user profile governs access to data, never its content or its value.

A record of what was done

Actions are logged and queries tracked by user. The history stays available for an audit, or when a figure is disputed.

Nothing forces you to deploy everything. You start with what’s holding you back today, then extend as needs arise, without changing tools.

Your questions answered

What does IBITEK’s PILOT solution do?2026-08-31T12:10:26+02:00

PILOT brings together truck flows, site access, weighing, production tracking, laboratory quality control, downtime analysis, reporting and ERP integration. Each function runs independently on a shared site data model.

Do we have to deploy everything at once?2026-08-31T12:12:30+02:00

No. A site can start with a single area, the one causing problems today, then add others later. Extending happens within the same software, with no interfaces to rebuild and no change of tool.

Does this software replace our ERP?2026-08-31T12:14:37+02:00

No, it complements it. The ERP handles orders, stock and invoicing. The software captures what actually happens on site and passes it up through a connector, without re-keying.

Will it work with our existing equipment?2026-08-31T12:16:29+02:00

Yes. It connects to PLCs, weighbridges, barriers, display boards and SCADA systems already installed, including from different manufacturers. IBITEK handles that integration as a systems integrator, which is its original trade.

Can our teams build their own reports?2026-08-31T12:23:23+02:00

Yes. The software includes a report designer and a dashboard designer. Site teams create their own outputs without development work, after training delivered at commissioning.

How is user access managed?2026-08-31T12:26:22+02:00

Each user is tied to a service and a role that determines which screens they can reach. Actions are logged and queries tracked by user, so it’s possible to trace who viewed or changed what.

Is IBITEK a software vendor or a systems integrator?2026-08-31T14:01:45+02:00

Both. IBITEK develops its own software and carries out the installation: electrical and automation engineering, equipment connection, testing and commissioning. That combination is rare in this market, where vendors subcontract the field work.

Does IBITEK also handle electrical and automation works?2026-08-31T14:05:17+02:00

Yes. IBITEK develops its own software and carries out the installation: electrical and automation engineering, works, testing, commissioning. One contractor runs the project, from the switchboard to the dashboard.
